Ingredients:
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced zucchini
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup bone broth
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the pressure cooker to saut mode and heat coconut oil
Add ground beef and brown it until cooked through
Add turmeric, ginger, and garlic powder, stirring for 1-2 minutes
Add chopped vegetables and saut until slightly softened
Pour in bone broth, season with salt and pepper, and stir well
Close the pressure cooker lid and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes
