Slow Cooker Blueberry Cobbler



This slow cooker blueberry cobbler is a delightful dessert that captures the essence of fresh blueberries in a warm, comforting dish. It's perfect for any occasion and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Put blueberries, 1 cup of sugar, and lemon juice in a slow cooker and mix them well

Put flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a different bowl and mix them together

It will be smooth after you add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract

Put the batter on top of the blueberry mix in the slow cooker

Take the lid off and turn the heat up to high

Cook for two to three hours, or until the edges start to bubble

If you want, you can serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
