Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chopped mint, olive oil, lime juice, honey, ground cumin, and garlic powder to create the marinade
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly with the mint-lime marinade
Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and grill marks appear
Baste the chicken with any remaining marinade during grilling for added flavor
Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving
Garnish with additional chopped mint and lime wedges if desired
