Green Veggie Power Smoothie



There are a lot of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in this green veggie power smoothie. It's a tasty and healthy way to get more vegetables every day and get your day going.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and diced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Ginseng, cucumber, celery, green apple, lemon juice, and spinach should all be put into a blender

Put ice cubes and water or coconut water into the blender

Turn up the speed and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy

Get a glass and pour the green veggie power smoothie into it

Enjoy your healthy and energizing smoothie!
