Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/2 green apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Ginseng, cucumber, celery, green apple, lemon juice, and spinach should all be put into a blender
Put ice cubes and water or coconut water into the blender
Turn up the speed and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy
