Gluten-Free Baked Chicken Legs



For a tasty meal that doesn't take much work, try these gluten-free baked chicken legs. This is great for any event because the crunchy breadcrumb coating is full of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper

Drizzle the chicken legs with olive oil and coat them evenly

Roll each chicken leg in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated

Place the coated chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken legs are cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy
