Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves and tomato slices for garnish
- Mayonnaise and ketchup for condiments
Instructions:
Ground beef, chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, and egg should all be put in a large bowl and mixed together
If you want, you can add salt and pepper to taste
Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Put the burger patties on the grill grates and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them
As the meat is almost done, put the burger buns on the grill and toast them until they are just barely brown
Start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun
Then add a burger patty, a tomato slice, and a dollop of mayonnaise and ketchup
Place the other half of the bun on top of each burger and serve hot
