Ingredients:
- 1 beef tenderloin, about 4 pounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to high heat
Put minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil in a small bowl
Set it aside
Make sure the beef tenderloin is evenly covered by rubbing the mixture all over it
Add a lot of salt and pepper to the tenderloin
Set the grill to high heat and sear the tenderloin for about two minutes on each side
Lower the heat to medium and keep grilling for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meat is done the way you like it, turning it every now and then
After taking the tenderloin off the grill, let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting it
Cut the beef tenderloin across the grain and serve
Enjoy your beef tenderloin that was cooked just right!
