Keto Eggnog Smoothie



You can enjoy the holiday flavors of eggnog without going off your keto diet. You can enjoy this creamy and tasty Keto Eggnog Smoothie as a low-carb treat during the holidays.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream optional, for topping
  • Ground cinnamon optional, for garnish

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, heavy cream, eggs, erythritol, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla extract

Blend on high speed until the mixture is well combined and smooth

Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the smoothie is thick and creamy
